First things first, your health. If your health fails, everything around you will have no choice but to go on without you. Sorry to be the one to say it, but it is what it is. Life doesn't stop because you've stopped. It will actually keep going. Yep, that's right. Some one else will fill your space.

Let's get started. Sit down, look at your work week. Pull out your calendar, now where can you squeeze a good 30 minutes to 1 hour in your schedule. Pick at least three days out the week where you can seize the opportunity to better yourself. Today with Covid, we can all use some de-stressing. Let's get started.
